6. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Details
Novablaze offers a monthly subscription plan for ₹99 per month, billed every 30 days, to enhance your health & fitness journey by unlocking an Ad-free experience for uninterrupted training.

6.2 Payment Terms
By subscribing, you agree that the payment is Non-Cancellable, constitutes a one-time charge for subscriptions, and is Non-Refundable after access has been granted—except under the Exceptional Circumstances described below.

6.3 Exceptional Circumstances for Cancellation and Refunds
While subscriptions are generally Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable, except for Technical Failures, Unauthorized Transactions, Fraudulent Activity, Material Service Changes and Other Exceptional cases may be evaluated individually if you can provide clear evidence that you were unable to receive the full benefits of your subscription.

7. Feedback & Ratings Features

• Ratings: Users can rate the app from 1 to 5 stars (5 stars being the best).
